Helmut Dähne on 15.03.25 in Gifhorn

In his new exciting multimedia lecture, he reports on his 26 starts with very different motorcycles in the most difficult and dangerous races in the world, the Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man. Visitors will get insights into Dähne's personal experiences on the island, the technology of the motorcycles, the pitfalls of the track and the associated chassis problems. And, of course, stories about encounters with other racing greats of his time.

On this day, the Bell Palace will open exclusively for visitors to this event. This is again ALL INCLUSIVE for you and includes food and drinks as well as admission to the Bell Palace Museum and the Classic Superbikes Museum. In 2025, there will again be a number of new motorcycles to marvel at, such as an original Laverda SFC 750, Honda CB 400 Four, Sachs 800, Cagiva, etc.

And of course the approximately 1.5 hour multimedia lecture by Helmut Dähne followed by an autograph session (o.k., last time it turned out to be 2.5 – 3 hours...).
It will again be a very personal evening with a good-humoured Helmut Dähne up close and personal in the beautiful ambience of the Bell Palace. Interactively designed, because he will be very happy to answer your questions in detail.

 

 

Procedure:
* from 3:00 p.m. admission to the museum, independent tour of the exhibition 2025. The museum will be open exclusively for you on this day
* from 15:00 – 17:15 meal with Bavarian Leberkäs (fresh from our local butcher), potato salad, wheat beer and other cold and hot drinks
* 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Multimedia lecture by Helmut Dähne followed by an autograph session.

 

Ticket reservations:
Since our events last year were sold out quickly, we ask you to make binding ticket reservations as soon as possible. The last event with Helmut Dähne was sold out after only 3 days! You will receive a confirmation email and then pay cashless at the museum on the day of the event.

Accommodation / Hotel
Overnight stays are NOT included in the ticket price of the event. If you need a room, we recommend the Hotel Deutsches Haus in Gifhorn, which is a 10-minute walk away (our best!). There is currently a limited number of rooms available for us. Therefore, book as early as possible, on Ascension Day weekend there is always very strong tourism in Gifhorn!
