Motorcycle Adventure Raid for classic and enduro fans
SEEKER 2000 is minimalistic and very spartan designed as a motorcycle adventure raid. No compulsion and without supporting program, no race! It guarantees you maximum fun factor and professional support in a family atmosphere. A fascinating Motorcycle Adventure Raid especially for classic (Young timer) Enduro motorcycles leads through the most beautiful sections of the Balkans.
The "Seeker Vagabonds" follow the navigation with tracks and waypoints through breathtaking landscapes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The route runs in a LOOP of about 1000km. The start and finish of the event is Konjic (BIH) near Sarajevo. Part of the 6-day motorcycle tour is the overnight stay in various base camps, where each rider is responsible for board and lodging. Participation in the Motorcycle Adventure Raid is only possible with classic Enduro motorcycles built up to 2000. The participants must definitely have off-road experience and the necessary endurance, because it will not be a coffee ride.
Routing / Terrain
The participants can expect a great mix of mountain roads, gravel roads and forest and meadow paths. Depending on the weather, there may also be muddy sections. Here and there there are also a few selective sections. An adventure ride with lots of panorama and beautiful landscapes. For participation, a medium-hard Enduro tire for gravel is recommended. All drivers must be able to repair their punctures themselves!
Navigation with track and waypoints
Each participant needs a GPS or smartphone for navigation. The route is defined as . GPX file. It starts in a team or individually. The route is driven exclusively according to GPS Track. In each stage there are waypoints such as petrol stations and POIs. The current GPX file will be transferred to your device on the day of registration.
Accommodation and camping
The overnight stay on the day of arrival and the day before departure at the hotel in Konjic is included in the entry fee. During the event we will stay in selected campsites (base camps) with electricity and sanitary facilities. The fees incurred for the overnight stays are to be paid by the participants on site and are not included in the entry fee. If required, there is the possibility to book small huts or rooms on site.
Safety
For us, the safety of all motorcyclists is our top priority. In the background we try to observe the drivers as much as possible. Each motorcycle is equipped with a GPS tracker on the day of arrival. Our team strives to always stay within reach of the field. With the tracker we have the possibility to control the driver field and react quickly. A trained Motomedic is in the field of drivers and is quickly on the spot in an emergency.
Support and Transport
In order to offer the participants maximum driving pleasure, we take care of the transport of the luggage of all participants. With our support vehicle we are well equipped and bring the luggage from basecamp to basecamp. 1 piece of baggage per participant is allowed for transport. The baggage should be compact and well marked. Bulky items and loose small parts are not accepted!
Catering
Each driver is responsible for the catering. It will not be necessary to take food with you on the trip. It's part of the adventure to cater for yourself the entire route. Whether in the rustic snack bar Stop or in the Konoba next door. There are countless ways to satisfy your appetite on the go and we are guaranteed not to starve! Camp & Survive is the motto. Breakfast and dinner are organized in the best possible way with the local conditions.
