After MotorradTEST BMW went missing at the Motorrad Messe Leipzig, the eICMA novelties and 2020 model range will soon be presented at the motorcycle fairs in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Dortmund.
BMW Motorrad welcomes visitors with a trade fair stand of more than 400 sqm and gives an overview of the extensive 2020 model range.
Of course, the highlights presented at the EICMA in November – above all, of course, the three world premieres, which can now be experienced first-hand for the first time: With the BMW S 1000 XR, the new edition of the best-selling Adventure Sport Bike presents itself radically lighter, more manoeuvrable and with an unprecedented spread between long-distance performance and sport. With a completely newly developed engine and chassis as well as a weight of DIN Leer 226 kg and thus 10 kg less than the previous model, the S 1000 XR opens up new dimensions in the Adventure Sport segment.
With the F 900 R, BMW Motorrad shows the significantly tightened successor of the F 800 R. The new Dynamic Roadster is precise, intuitive and dynamic and offers puristic driving pleasure at any moment. The new F 900 XR is tour-turned-adrenaline. Due to her unique performance, coupled with an active-up sitting position and her powerful design, she interprets the sporty long-distance in a strong character and forward-looking way. Just a real XR. With these two models around the further developed two-cylinder in-line engine, BMW Motorrad is now consistently expanding its product range for the popular mid-range.
For the first time, visitors to the trade fair can experience interactive workshops on Connected Ride, Motorsport and Enduro training at the BMW Motorrad booth. At the trade fairs in Berlin, Hamburg and Dortmund, the BMW Motorrad Showtruck as a heritage highlight area enriches the appearance of the Bavarian motorcycle brand. The BMW Motorrad Classic is also presented to visitors in Munich.
Berlin Motorcycle Days (BMT), 07.-09.02.2019.
The start of the trade fair in Berlin is a tailor-made start. Around 220 exhibitors invite you to the trendy location "Station Berlin", in Luckenwalder Straße at the Gleisdreieck, in order to familiarize themselves with the models of the motorcycle year 2020 and to sit extensively rehearsal.
IMOT Munich, 14.-16.02.2019.
Only one week later, at the International Motorcycle Exhibition IMOT in Munich from 14-16 February 2020, BMW Motorrad invites all two-wheeler fans in the south to find out about new products, to sit in a rehearsal and to experience the fascination of motorcycles in all their facets with like-minded people.
Hamburger Motorradtage (HMT), 21.-23.02.2019
The 26th edition of the Hamburg Motorcycle Days will open its doors from 21 to 23 February in the Hamburg exhibition halls on more than 40,000 square metres of exhibition and action space. As in Berlin and Munich, all the new products of EICMA and the 2020 model portfolio can be seen here.
Motorcycles Dortmund, 05.-08.03.2019.
The "Motorrad Dortmund" will conclude the BMW Motorrad trade fair tour through Germany from 5 to 8 March 2020.
