With the exclusive "Final Edition" special series, the style-defining Thruxton model series from TRIUMPH celebrates its farewell in every respect. With its classic café racer design in Competition Green with gold trim lines and the traditional brand logo on the tank, the 2024 Thruxton is sure to make the hearts of fans of classic, sporty bikes beat faster.
Since the first TRIUMPH with this name in 1964, the name Thruxton has been synonymous with the brand's ultimate café racers. Sixty years after the first bike with this name was built, this chapter in the brand's history is now coming to an end, as the last production series will be launched in 2024. To bid a fitting farewell to this award-winning motorcycle, TRIUMPH has created the Thruxton Final Edition, an exclusive and eye-catching motorcycle with first-class equipment, the best performance and timelessly elegant style.

EXCLUSIVE AND LIMITED
This special edition is based on the well-known Thruxton RS, the glamorous pinnacle of all generations of Thruxton's evolutionary history. As a final edition in a limited edition, this presents itself once again in top form as a beautiful and very desirable motorcycle. The Thruxton Final Edition is painted in the exclusive Competition Green colour and features hand-painted gold trim lines that are also signed by the painter. It combines the style and traditional elegance of the RS and pays homage to the glorious racing history of Thruxton models.
Each Thruxton from the Final Edition comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes the motorcycle's unique chassis number. Each of these special documents will be signed by members of the Thruxton 1200 development team and TRIUMPH's CEO Nick Bloor. Last but not least, each motorcycle features a unique Final Edition engine badge with a gold-colored border and Final Edition graphics. All in all, the Thruxton Final Edition is a unique opportunity for TRIUMPH enthusiasts and café racer fans in general to secure the ultimate Thruxton at the height of its development as a jewel for their garage.
PERFORMANCE IN STYLE
The new Final Edition features the same groundbreaking specs as the Thruxton RS. Here is an overview of some of the highlights:
• High Power (HP) 1200cc Bonneville engine – the most powerful version of the classic British parallel twin. It meets the Euro 5 standard and produces 105 hp and 112 Nm of torque. Highly responsive due to its low flywheel masses, the engine features high-compression pistons as well as revised channels and camshaft profiles, delivering exhilarating performance – as well as the Thruxton's signature exhaust sound.
• The race-proven, fully adjustable Showa USD "Big Piston" fork and twin Öhlins struts contribute to the Thruxton Final Edition's excellent café racer handling, providing the best agility, control and feedback to the rider.
• Lightweight 17-inch 32-spoke aluminum wheels with Metzeler Racetec RR tires ensure the best stability and excellent grip.
• Brembo M50 radial monobloc calipers provide race-level braking performance with the added confidence and safety of an ABS for the road.
• Three riding modes: Road, Rain and Sport ensure precise adjustment of throttle response and power settings, as well as traction control.
• The dual instrument cockpit provides all important information at a glance, including driving mode, gear engaged, fuel level and odometer.
• LED lighting includes a distinctive daytime running light with a branded bulb cap and a compact rear light.
• The Thruxton also has a convenient USB charging port – ideal for your navigation system, mobile phone and other devices.
EXCLUSIVE FEATURES OF THE FINAL EDITION:
• Metallic paint finish in Competition Green
• Black contrasting side covers and fenders
• Hand-painted gold trim lines on the fuel tank and seat trim with concealed initials of the respective painter
• Heritage TRIUMPH logo in gold on the tank
• Thruxton Final Edition lettering
• Final Edition Engine Badge
• Certificate of authenticity
PEAK OUTPUT FROM 1,200 CC
The Thruxton Final Edition is the ultimate café racer and features the most powerful 1,200cc Bonneville engine in TRIUMPH's Modern Classics range. Specially tuned for the Thruxton, the parallel-twin produces 105 hp at 7,500 rpm and offers more power in both low and mid-range revs for thrilling acceleration. Equally impressive is the torque, which at 112 Nm at 4,250 rpm is available earlier in the rev range than on many other Bonneville machines. A top performance befitting the last edition of this legendary motorcycle and making the Final Edition very special.
MODERN, AGILE AND INTUITIVE HANDLING
The Thruxton is appreciated by owners and the media alike for its intuitive, dynamic and performance-oriented ride. Starting with the race-inspired riding position with the clip-on handlebars, every component has been carefully selected and fine-tuned to get the most out of the Thruxton Final Edition's sporty suspension.
Both the high-quality Showa Big Piston forks and the two Öhlins shock absorbers are fully adjustable, providing the perfect balance of comfort and excellent handling. The high-performance Brembo M50 radial calipers combined with 310 mm Brembo floating discs deliver tremendous braking performance, as well as the finest dosage and the safety of ABS.
Lightweight, 17-inch, 32-spoke tubeless wheels support the Thruxton's agility, while connection to the road is secure and confidence-inspiring thanks to Metzeler Racetec RR tires – providing track-level grip and excellent feedback for the rider.
LEGENDARY CAFÉ RACER STYLING
The Thruxton's inimitable café racer styling with its contemporary "blacked-out" style includes black powder-coated engine covers, camshaft covers and high-quality black anodized wheels. The attention to detail is evident in many parts – right down to the black springs on the Öhlins rear suspension – and has been taken to the next level for the Final Edition.
The Competition Green livery celebrates the Thruxton's British racing heritage with the classic TRIUMPH logo and matching hand-painted gold line details on the characteristically shaped fuel tank and seat cover. The exhilarating, deep shade of green contrasts with the glossy black of the side covers and fenders, which are finished with an exclusive Thruxton Final Edition logo.
All of the Thruxton's signature details are retained - from the Monza-style single seat and fuel cap, to the brushed stainless steel tank strap, to the clear anodized aluminum swingarm, sports footpegs and clip-on handlebars. The result is a striking special model that embodies the spirit and soul of a legend in every detail.
COLOUR-COORDINATED COCKPIT FAIRING AS AN ACCESSORY
There are over 80 genuine accessories for the TRIUMPH Thruxton, including a pillion setup with a 2-person bench seat, footpegs and passenger grab handle, as well as a whole host of options for added style, protection, comfort and safety.
A classic cockpit fairing is also available especially for the Final Edition, which perfectly matches the colour of the limited Competition Green paintwork. This fairing, as beautiful as it is practical, adds an alternative aesthetic to the impressive Thruxton Final Edition.
Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of TRIUMPH Motorcycles, said: "
The Thruxton holds a special place in the hearts of many motorcyclists, and we are all very proud of this Final Edition, which captures the essence of the British café racer scene. The Thruxton leaves production at the height of its development with a special edition that secures its place in the history books of TRIUMPH Motorcycles." The Thruxton Final Edition will go on sale in Germany at a price of 17,495 euros. Orders can now be placed at TRIUMPH dealerships, with the bikes starting in February 2024.
