Conclusion - what sticks

The Moto Morini X-Cape 650 is a good adventure bike for little money. There is still room for improvement and updating, but we didn't notice any really bad things. The machine drives great and impresses with a very well balanced road holding and a comfortable seating position. Only the somewhat limited performance spoils the impression a bit - but of course only if you demand it from an adventure bike at all.

The test machine was kindly provided to us by Stephan from Lübeck. Stephan is an "old hand" when it comes to motorcycles and appreciates the X-Cape as a tourer - just like his wife, who says she feels particularly comfortable here as a pillion passenger...

Companion for every day

The bottom line is that there is a clear thumbs up for the Suzuki V-Strom 650. At 8,390 euros, it is an all-round successful bike with very good manners, can be used everywhere and is fully suitable for travel.

Suzuki remains true to its reputation for building underrated bikes. Our recommendation for all those who are looking for a fully everyday bike with a very good price-performance ratio: Ride it absolutely test. Rarely has had so much fun with so little effort.

The test bike was provided to us by M.A.S. in Wilster.
