13,626 motorcycles over 125 cc were registered in May 2019, according to IVM. That's down 1.6 percent from May 2018. As early as April, the number of registrations was lower than in the same month of the previous year. However, the May figures are not so bad now again, especially considering the bad weather. Cumulatively seen (January to May 2019) with a total of 87,756 bikes sold, everything is still in order. BMW has a market share of 24.3 percent during this period. Kawasaki is second with 11.67 percent and just behind Honda with 11.35 percent. KTM - in third place in the previous month - is now in 4th place.
