Motorcycles sold in October at previous year's level

The figures for motorcycles sold in October 2022 are in. The IVM reports 5,125 motorcycles sold or newly registered. In the previous year, there were 5,293 units, a decline of 3.2 percent in 2022. The clear winner in October 2022 is Harley Davidson with a market share of over 10 percent.

The year is coming to an end and, as every year, the registration figures for motorcycles are also going into the basement. In October 2022, there are only 5,125 motorcycles (everything except 125cc and scooters) that have found their way to customers. In terms of market shares, Harley in particular stands out positively with 10.4%. Otherwise, October was rather weak for Honda and the "others" continued to grow. Here are the current figures:
