The new UCLEAR MOTION headset series are the world's first motorcycle communication systems available with Bluetooth 5.0 technology plus MESH intercom for an unlimited number of riders with automatic multi-hop forwarding, contactless gesture control and the USAFE accident sensor, which can notify the contacts of a driver and the group in the event of a crash or accident with the GPS position via SMS and automatic call. This feature represents a new approach to improving safety on motorcycles, which should soon be mandatory for all new motorcycle vehicles (keyword "eCall") – certainly within the next few years. Despite expensive retrofit systems, USAFE works with the driver's smartphone and is not only cheaper, but also independent of the motorcycle and thanks to the quick-change holder for the MOTION Infinity Intercom headset, almost independent of the helmet.
USAFE sends emails, SMS and calls emergency contacts. It uses a built-in, advanced accelerometer in combination with a triaxial crash sensor that can measure impact forces and accelerations as in an accident. If the driver does not respond to the warning within 30 seconds and the MOTION Infinity headset is connected to a GPS-enabled smartphone via Bluetooth, USAFE can notify up to three emergency contacts of the situation along with the location data via email and SMS. The prepared message contains the contact details of the driver, a satellite image or map with the marked accident site as well as a list of the nearest rescue points or hospitals. In addition, the first emergency contact is automatically dialed in by telephone. USAFE therefore does not require any additional contracts or subscriptions and is integrated into the MOTION Infinity Helmet communication system to provide assistance to injured drivers as soon as possible.
The progress in motorcyclist communication and safety, which has been touted as revolutionary with the MOTION series, arose from the consistent further development of the previous UCLEAR headsets of the HBC and AMP series, which have been sold for many years mainly in the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and the Far East. In Europe, the new MOTION series is now being presented for the first time by HANTZ + PARTNER as Master Distributor.
- Unlimited MESH intercom network users and automatic multi-hop switching.
- Voice control with Apple Siri or Google Voice with natural voice.
- Automatic motion detection and gesture control.
The intercom range is up to 1.2 kilometers per person and the battery capacity ranges on average for up to 18 hours of talk time. The UCLEAR intercom headsets can be configured via the free CLEARLink app and also wirelessly update the firmware via it. The motion headsets allow the sharing of music as well as music overlay in the background even during a conversation or GPS direction announcements, conference call, switching from private 1:1 entertainment to group communication, pairing also with Bluetooth headsets of other manufacturers and have a user-adjustable ABF noise cancellation, a graphic equalizer to adapt the music to your own preferences and very high-quality PULSE PRO 2.0 Premium speakers with two hidden built-in MEMS microphones.
The UCLEAR Motion Intercom Headset is now available in two versions. The Motion Infinity has integrated the USAFE accident sensor and is suitable for unlimited groups of drivers. The externally identical Motion 6 has no accident sensor installed and is suitable up to a maximum of 6 drivers per group. The other technical data are identical. Both models are available as a single pack with a motion headset and as inexpensive dual packs with two motion headsets in the package.
