BMW ASA tried out

BMW's automated shift assistant in practice - good or bad?

The BMW ASA (automated shift assistant) has recently been available as a feature on the BMW R 1300 GS. We have already tried out the ASA and describe in this video how the two modes M and D feel on the R1300GS and whether the automated shift assistant is worth it for an extra 865 euros or what it can and can't do.

The test bike with ASA is at Bergmann & Söhne in Neumünster and is looking forward to test riders.
Further detailed information about the ASA can be found on this BMW website.
