BMW Concept R18

Presentation BMW Concept R18 at villa d'Este

At the Villa d'Este, BMW presented its own study for a new boxer cruiser called "BMW Concept R18". It is a mega-long stretched bike that immediately reminds of the BMWs of the 50s and 60s. Even the leather saddle and the pot tank let emotions and memories of the old boxer cruisers boil up. The machine is of course black and has beautiful wire spoke wheels - front 21 inches / rear 18 inches. The boxer engine is naturally air-cooled and has a displacement of fat 1,800 cc.

BMW says the following about the BMW Concept R18:
"Equally exciting is the fact that BMW will present a series bike powered by the Big Boxer engine in the course of 2020. If its appearance and driving behaviour are even close to the concept R 18, the Cruiser fans can expect a very special treat."
