- Royal Enfield replaces the 500-cubic one-cylinder cult engine
In 2020, it's time to say goodbye to Royal Enfield's legendary 500-cubic single-cylinder engine. For decades, it was successfully installed in the Classic or Bullet. In the future, however, the British-Indian brand in Europe will rely on the newly developed 650 two-cylinder.Photo: Royal Enfield So that the farewell is not so difficult, there is a "Limited Edition", the Classic 500 Tribute Black, which is to be available in Europe from May 2020. According to Royal Enfield, 1,000 copies of the special series will go on sale.
