You have put on the matching engine protection bar, which makes itself wonderful in yellow color and stands out from the black engine! The Ringener have further developed the proven shape both technically and optically.

The pipe composite made of 25 mm precision steel tube - wall thickness 2 mm - promises maximum protection through maximum stiffness with minimum weight. It is mounted at a total of six mounting points so that the energy, forces and torques that occur under external mechanical stress are distributed over the structure and corresponding load peaks are reduced.

In this way, the engine protection bar protects the cylinders, the lambda sensors and the valve covers. These are framed twice, namely by stabilizing pipe segments arranged laterally and below the valve cover. The design is designed in such a way that it is not a hindrance during maintenance work and the ground clearance is not restricted. The assembly takes place as usual at Wunderlich: Plug-n-Play.

The functional design integrates perfectly into the layout of the BMW R nineT Urban G/S of the »Edition 40 Years GS«.
