BMW with sales record

In 2019, BMW Motorrad says it has sold more motorcycles and scooters than ever before. Compared to the strong previous year, deliveries increased by a further 5.8%. As of December 2019, a total of 175,162 vehicles (previous year: 165,566) were delivered to customers.

Dr. Markus Schramm, Head of BMW Motorrad: "Despite some challenges, 2019 was once again a very successful year for BMW Motorrad. For the ninth time in a row, we achieved a sales record. I would like to thank our customers worldwide for the great trust they have placed in us again in 2019."

BMW sees the reasons for the new record year in the market launches of seven new models as well as the existing BMW Motorrad product portfolio.
