Yamaha's sport scooters have a very special place in their segment. The world of sports scooters was created by the introduction of TMAX in 2001. He combined the advantages of a scooter with those of a motorcycle. In 2006, the first XMAX followed, which was gradually offered in other displacement variants. In two decades, more than 750,000 customers throughout Europe have been inspired by these concepts. Against this background, an update now follows that further strengthens the premium character of the XMAX family.

The all-new XMAX 300 Tech MAX: More MAX than ever!

For the year 2023, the new XMAX 300 Tech MAX comes with an even more
more dynamic appearance. Yamaha's styling designers have taken care to maintain the distinctive and popular MAX character, creating an entirely new fairing with radically new lighting. The new XMAX 300 Tech MAX offers a high degree of agility in
City traffic and at the same time a sporty driving experience with first-class comfort. It was built to exceed the expectations of new and existing MAX owners.

Dynamic and futuristic new trim

The front fairing of the XMAX 300 Tech MAX has been redesigned to give it a futuristic and compact look that gives it an unparalleled presence on the road. The more angular top trim parts with a straight leading edge give a sense of strength, and the new front fairing is complemented by redesigned fork covers.

The striking and sporty new look is enhanced by the higher turn signals on both sides of the windscreen, which are clearly visible to other road users in heavy traffic. Viewed from the front, the new front fairing and fork covers give the impression of an inverted triangle that makes agility visible.

Compacted front profile

The new front fairing is complemented by a new side profile that features a much more compact and athletic look, highlighting the dynamism and sporty character of the new XMAX 300 Tech MAX. The MAX family's signature boomerang-shaped side panels have been redesigned to create a powerful and compact fairing design that gives the impression of forward movement and strong performance even when stationary.

4.2-inch color TFT cockpit: smartphone connectivity and navigation

The XMAX 300 Tech MAX is equipped with an impressive cockpit
equipped. A high-tech 4.2-inch TFT infotainment color display with several selectable visual representations offers the driver smartphone connectivity in addition to the usual information and can also act as a navigation system.

The built-in Communication Control Unit (CCU) enables Bluetooth connectivity between the scooter and the user's smartphone using the Yamaha MyRide app.

The 4.2 inch TFT color display can handle incoming messages, e-mails and
Display notifications on the display. Music playback and other smartphone functions can also be operated via the display when the driver is using a headset. There is access to a variety of information and functions, such as volume, weather, vehicle and driving information and much more.

Garmin navigation system*

After installing the Garmin StreetCross app on their smartphone and connecting to the CCU of the XMAX 300 Tech MAX, drivers can use Garmin navigation on the 4.2-inch TFT infotainment color display.

In addition to navigation, the Garmin StreetCross app provides real-time traffic information as well as speed limits, destination temperature, remaining distance and estimated time of arrival – as well as information about potential hazards such as upcoming sharp turns.

Separate 3.2" LCD speedometer

A 3.2-inch LCD speedometer is located above the new 4.2-inch TFT display and provides easy-to-read information that is separated from the infotainment screen for better clarity.

Radically new, X-shaped headlights and taillights

The XMAX 300 Tech MAX has a radically new face in the form of a striking X-shaped layout of headlights and position light. The ultra-modern appearance fits perfectly with the all-new fairing, giving the 2023 model a futuristic look that stands out from the crowd.

The brake lights integrated into the newly designed LED taillight form an X-shape when illuminated and integrated turn signals ensure a slim and harmonious appearance.

New bench for better ground contact

For greater ride comfort and better ground contact with the feet, the seat of the new XMAX 300 Tech MAX has been redesigned. The shape of the front part of the seat has been changed to provide more comfort for the driver in stop-and-go traffic.

Use a large storage space under the bench, offers plenty of space for shopping, provisions, or two full-face helmets.**

The slimmer and shorter, reshaped seat also contributes to the more compact look of the new model.

High-quality materials of the equipment

To enhance the luxurious feeling, the XMAX 300 Tech MAX has an exclusive leather-look seat cover with golden accent stitching. The same high-quality material is also used for the lining of the storage compartments, which ensures a first-class feel and a coordinated look. The scooter is also equipped with two aluminium base plates, which together with the high-quality seat cover give the Tech MAX an exclusive character.

The new XMAX Tech MAX also has an adjustable windscreen. For better operation and greater comfort, the brackets used for adjustment have been redesigned. And to reduce weight and improve quality, the mirror spars are made of aluminum.

Special Tech MAX colors

To achieve a premium look, certain parts of the XMAX 300 Tech MAX's fairing have been finished with a special semi-metallic high-gloss finish.

XMAX 300 – pure MAX DNA

With the same new fairing and radical X-shaped LED headlight and taillight, as well as the various improvements, the new XMAX 300 is the ideal scooter for riders looking for a high-quality sports scooter with great looks, strong performance and excellent value for money. The XMAX 300 also offers smartphone connectivity thanks to the coupling option between CCU and MyRide app.

XMAX 300 now available worldwide

Due to the high international demand, from 2023 there will be another version of the XMAX 300 in addition to the variant produced in France especially for the European market, which will be sold worldwide. This is manufactured in Indonesia and is primarily aimed at Thailand and other Asian countries.

XMAX 300 drivers can stay in touch with friends, family and work colleagues as they drive through the new 4.3-inch LCD cockpit with smartphone connectivity via a new Communication Control Unit (CCU). The screen displays information about the phone's battery level, connection status, automatic time setting, incoming calls, missed calls and messages received.
