The Classic Superbikes Museum in Gifhorn is organising the Classic Superbikes Meeting 2025 from Friday 30 May to Sunday 1 June. Arrival is possible from Thursday 29 May (Ascension Day). A meeting for riders and lovers of road, racing, special motorcycles and enduros from the 70s to the early 2000s (all models except Harley Davidson). We offer you a great program, all-inclusive* with food, drink, evening lectures, museum tickets, excursions, etc.

This is our most important event of the year. It should retain its family character for all participants and not degenerate into a mass event. Therefore, we limit the number of participants to 150 people. Registration for participation is required, see below. The first 150 applicants will be there. The museum is open regularly on all days. Day visitors / show visitors are of course welcome.

*The following program and services are provided for booked participants at a flat rate of € 169 per person (together for all 3 days):

Friday 30.05.2025
* Own arrival from 10:00 a.m.
* Exhibiting the motorcycles on the avenue in front of the museum
* All-day admission to the Classic Superbike Museum
* From 10:30 a.m. own rides on our GPS routes, see tours, we sometimes also ride with them
* From 5:30 p.m. no more public traffic on the grounds, we are "among ourselves"
* From 6:00 p.m. hot buffet with meat, poultry, vegetarian, various side dishes and unlimited drinks from the museum's assortment
* Planned multimedia lecture: Motorcycle development and chassis technology from the 70s to the end of the 90s
* Cozy get-together
* Closing time from approx. 11:00 p.m. The motorcycles can stay overnight on the cordoned-off museum grounds

Saturday 31.05.2025
* Exhibiting the motorcycles on the avenue in front of the museum
* All-day admission to the Classic Superbike Museum
* From 10:30 a.m. own rides on our GPS routes, see tours, we sometimes also ride with them
* Coffee and cake (1x each) in the Bell Palace
* From 5:30 p.m. no more public traffic on the grounds, we are "among ourselves"
* From 6:00 p.m. hot buffet with meat, poultry, vegetarian, various side dishes and unlimited drinks from the museum's assortment
* Cozy get-together
* Closing time from approx. 11:00 p.m. The motorcycles can stay overnight on the cordoned-off museum grounds

Sunday 01.06.2025
* Exhibiting the motorcycles on the avenue in front of the museum
* All-day admission to the Classic Superbike Museum
* Individual departure of participants

Accommodation / Hotel
Overnight stays are NOT included in the ticket price of the event. If you need a room, we recommend the Hotel Deutsches Haus in Gifhorn, which is a 10-minute walk away (our best!). There is currently a limited number of rooms available for us. Therefore, book as early as possible, on Ascension Day weekend there is always very strong tourism in Gifhorn!

*Campervans can park for free in the parking lot directly in front of our premises
*We are a cashless museum, only card payment possible
*Dogs and other pets are not allowed on our premises
*The International Mill Museum, located next to the Bell Palace, can be visited separately during the stay. The entrance fee is to be paid additionally and is not included in the package price.
